If you don't have enough flies to feed your carnivorous plants then these waxworm grubs are the perfect source of carnivorous plant food. Simply drop one in to or on to the trap depending on the plant and it will grab hold of it and have a lovely meal!

Sold in packs of 50 waxworms which keep for several weeks if kept cool (not cold) and will eventually turn in to a chrysalis and then a small grey moth, all forms are useful for feeding to your carnivorous plants.

Carnivorous Plant Seed Sowing Kit

This kit comprises of a re-sealable clear plastic tub and snap on lid. The tub capacity is 800ml and is approx. 4 inches tall and 4.75 inches in diameter. The special seed sowing compost is 50/50 shredded sphagnum moss and sphagnum moss peat, simply empty the sachet in to the tub and compress it gently then water it to make it damp/moist (not sogging wet), use rainwater if possible. Once damp simply sprinkle your seed on the surface. Do not bury carnivorous plant seed otherwise it will not germinate. Keep the tub in a well lit position but out of direct sun or it will cook! Most carnivorous seed like Venus fly trap, sundews, butterworts etc will germinate in 3 - 6 weeks but some like Nepenthes can take a year or more!
