We are now closed for the winter (most things going dormant) and will re open in the spring.

Thanks for your patience whilst we've been closed. I've started adding new stock to the site including some lovely examples of Sun Pitcher

Unfortunately I will not be getting any more plants in for the next 2 - 3 weeks

We will still be able to send the plants we do have in stock and the sundries etc

Hopefully things should be back to normal by start of September or sooner

There's some new Nepenthes plants listed, take a look at Nepenthes Maxima - gigantic plants in large hanging baskets. Also available in Nepenthes Coccinea, an lovely hybrid currently full of pitchers

Please note that I am going away on Sunday 19th June until Tuesday 21st so will not be able to dispatch orders that come in after 12 noon on Sunday until Wednesday 22nd June.

If you are looking for something specific then let me know before Sunday and I will see if I can get it

Just a reminder that it's bank holiday on Friday 29th April and again on Monday 2nd May. Orders that some in after noon on Wednesday 27th April will be sent on Tuesday 3rd May

New plants added this week include a new Monkey Cup called Nepenthes 'Bloody Mary' with rich red traps. New Sarracenias include Sarracenia stevensii with red, white and green tops, Sarracenia purpurea hybrid with golden and ruby traps and a super hybrid of Sarracenia leucophylla x Sarracenia farhamii

Happy New Year! Thankfully the weather seems to have cleared up (for now!) and orders are being sent as normal If you have an existing order with us then it will be sent out this week, you should get your plants before next weekend

Unfortunately the temperature is still too cold to send out plants meaning that any that have not already been delivered will have to be delivered in January as (hopefully) the weather permits

SEVERE WEATHER
Unfortunately the post office, Parcelforce and TNT have had a backlog of parcels in their depots, this was a result of not being able to deliver for the last 2 weeks due to snow.

We are unable to send out any more plants before Christmas as the night time temperature is too low, recording lows of minus 10C or colder in many places. This would harm the plants if not kill them!

ADVERSE WEATHER

It's that time of year again and the winter has arrived early!

 Adverse weather is currently affecting deliveries as it'ss just too cold to send out tropical plants in sub zero temperatures.
