Delivery

1. Despatch is usually within seven working days of receipt of your order at the Nursery, but please allow up to 14 days.

Refund Policy

1. Customers are usually delighted with our goods and service, but if a mistake does occur please let us know, and we will do all we can to put things right for you, without any haggling or unpleasantness.
2. You can choose either an exchange or replacement of the goods or a full refund of your money if you are unhappy with anything you have purchased

Non UK Orders (within EU)

1. We will send to EU countries but please add airmail postage charges as listed on the POSTAL CHARGES

Non UK Orders (outside EU)

1. We will send SEEDS but please add airmail postage charges as listed on the POSTAL CHARGES
2. We will NOT send plants because of health regulations paperwork etc.
